Finding Your Mirror
Who holds up a mirror to you? We’re all on our journeys forward, trying to figure things out and understand our destination.
It’s really hard to do that alone. Travel with people. One of those people is someone who can say: “This is who I think you are right now. This is where I think you are right now.”
They’re the same person who can say: “Look how far you’ve come. Look how you’re a different person.” They can see the growth, they can celebrate the change.
Find your person. Also, be that person for someone. Travel with them and speak what you see.

Contemplation of Life's Final Stages
Entering the final quarter of life, expressing a desire to continue learning and loving life, even amidst suffering, embodying the concept of dying smart.
Balancing Contradictory Elements
The coexistence of opposing forces, such as beauty and horror, or fire and ice. Good literature and art often encapsulate this tension, which resonates deeply.
Art as a Form of Connection and Expression
The similarities between being an artist and a therapist, particularly the need to listen and understand underlying stories. The journey into art and performance is both a personal discovery and a response to a lack of earlier encouragement.
The Beauty in the Ordinary
The love for the ordinary aspects of life, finding joy and magic in everyday moments and objects. This appreciation for the mundane reflects a profound connection to the present and the simple pleasures it offers.
